1. INFORMATION FOR THE USER

Who is the controller of your personal data?

VISUALIFEAR SPAIN S.L. shall be the controller of the personal data of those PERSONS who have created a profile on any of its social networks, and such data shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), and the Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act (LSSI), providing the following information about the processing:

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and VISUALIFEAR SPAIN S.L.

(hereinafter the CONTROLLER) which may include the following operations: Processing requests and queries addressed to the controller Informing about activities and events organised by the controller Informing about products or services offered by the controller Interacting through the official profiles When the CONTROLLER collects and processes personal data through its social networks, USERS will be informed about the purpose of the data collection, as well as about their rights in relation to their personal data. Personal data will be used only for the stated purposes and will be kept securely. Legal basis for processing: the explicit consent given by the USER for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6.1.a GDPR). On the other hand, the USER may at any time access the privacy policies of the social network itself, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.

For how long will we keep your personal data?

Data retention criteria: they will be retained until the USER revokes the consent given as indicated in this privacy policy.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

Communication of data: the information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER's social networks, including their personal data, may be published, always depending on the services that the USER uses, and may therefore become publicly available to other third-party users of the social networks. From the profile of each social network, the USER can configure what information they want to make public in each case, view the permissions that have been granted, delete or deactivate them, as well as any third-party application that they no longer wish to use. However, no communication of personal data to third parties outside the social network is envisaged except, where essential for the development and execution of the purposes of processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has entered into the confidentiality and processor contracts required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

Rights of the USER: they may only be exercised in relation to that information which is

under the control of the CONTROLLER. Right to withdraw consent at any time. Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data, and of restriction of or objection to their processing. Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations. 2. USE OF THE PROFILE

The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions: Access to the public information of the profile. Publication on the USER's profile of all information already published on the CONTROLLER's social network. Sending personal and individual messages through the social network channels. Page status updates that will be published on the USER's profile. The USER can always control their connections, delete content that is no longer of interest to them and restrict with whom they share their connections; to do so they must access their settings where they will find different configuration options in relation to the degree of privacy of the user profile on the social network.

3. PUBLICATIONS

The purpose of social networks is to give visibility and dissemination to the activities carried out by the CONTROLLER. These tools store personal data on the servers of the respective services and are governed by their own privacy policy. The USER, once they are a follower or have joined the CONTROLLER's social network, may publish on it comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. The USER must in all cases be the owner of the published content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the affected third parties. Any publication on the social network is expressly prohibited, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc.

that attack or are liable to attack morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that infringe, violate or breach intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to one's image or the Law. Offensive, defamatory, illegal or inappropriate comments or content will not be tolerated on the company's profiles. The Company reserves the right to remove such comments or content and block the users responsible. In these cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content, without prior notice, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER. The CONTROLLER shall not be responsible for content that the USER has freely published. The USER must bear in mind that their publications will be known by other users, and they themselves are therefore primarily responsible for their privacy. Images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, but will remain on the social network.

4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL CAPACITIES

It is recommended that you review and read the terms of use and privacy policy of each social network at the time of registration, taking into account the different age requirements for doing so. Likewise, the CONTROLLER shall be expressly exempt from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special capacities whose access should take place under the supervision and control of their legal representatives. The CONTROLLER reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our social media profiles and/or our website.
